- There are no hidden costs or fees—the price you see at checkout is what you pay

- Free shipping applies to standard shipping methods. Expedited or express shipping options, if offered, may require additional payment.

 

Order Processing

Please allow 2-5 business days to process your order. You will receive an email to let you know when your order is on the way! It should also be noted that if multiple items were ordered there is the possibility of multiple packages being sent to you.

Delivery Timelines & Locations

We currently only ship to Canada and the United States.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. Average delivery times range from 1-8 business days in the United States and 2-14 business days in Canada.

Delays due to customs, holidays, shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, but we’ll do our best to keep you updated. 

Duties & Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dalmatian Nation is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact us. You must email us at info@dalmatiannation.ai, not via social media or other channels. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a suitable resolution.
